The GLA aims to celebrate the unique qualities of each of our players and fosters a lacrosse community that respects differences and welcomes diverse players to the sport of Lacrosse. The Inclusion Diversity Equity Action (IDEA) Committee seeks to educate, advocate and promote our policies and practices regarding the respectful and inclusive treatment of all members within the GLA community.
