Registration for the GLA RTA will be conducted on-line. The Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) uses SportzSoft to provide online registration for all lacrosse players in Ontario. By registering as a member of the GLA, players and their parents accept and agree to abide by the GLA Code of Conduct.

Please be advised that the following groups will be combined for RTA:
Soft Lacrosse, Paperweight & U9 > *when registering select U9 (Formerly Tyke) RTA-1
Girls U9 & U11 > *when registering select U11 Girls (formerly Novice) RTA-1
Girls U13 & U15 > *when registering select U15 Girls (formerly Bantam) RTA-1
Boys U17 & U22 > *when registering select U22 Boys (formerly Intermediate) RTA-1
COST: $100, payment will be accepted by cash or cheque only and will be due at the first session (no exceptions). Cheques should be made payable to Gloucester Lacrosse Association.
Requests to withdraw/refund registration will be subject to a $35 administration fee and must be received by the board in writing prior to April 30th, following which no refunds for registration will be issued except in exceptional circumstances, as determined by the GLA Board of Directors. Refunds may be prorated dependent on date of request. E-payment fees associated with online registrations are non-refundable. All Board decisions in these matters are final. Please note, the timeframe for processing refunds will vary according to the method of payment but can be up to 14 days
All requests must be submitted to the GLA VP Finance, Julie Beetham (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a cc to the GLA Registrar (email@example.com) using the Refund Request Form (form attached below). No refunds will be processed without the refund request form information provided.
NSF cheques or cancellations will be charged a minimum $50 administration fee, except in exceptional circumstances, as determined by the Board. All Board decisions in these matters are final.
