This is a friendly reminder that this Thursday October 13 is our Annual General Meeting from 7:00-9:00pm at the Carlsbad Springs Community Center (6020 chemin Piperville, Carlsbad Springs, K0A1K0). 

Attached is the Agenda for this meeting as well as the 2021 AGM meeting minutes.  At this meeting, Executive Board positions will be filled and Constitutional Amendments made.  We will also present volunteer awards, share a 2022 season summary, and announce next steps and things to look forward to in 2023.
