Dear All,

We are excited to have Ottawa Capitals returning once again this fall. If you are not aware, Ottawa Capitals Lacrosse is a competitive travel field lacrosse program fielding three teams between Grade 5 and 12 coached by local professionals, international and, collegiate level players. We assist our players reach the next level in academics and athletics through advancement into the US Prep School system, the NCAA or CUFLA here at home in Canada. Our coaches will also contact college coaches of the institution you are interested in attending directly via phone, email and sometimes even in person. We work closely with the Capitals families to help them gain the exposure to the colleges they are interested in attending. We already have many established relationships with coaches at US Prep Schools and in NCAA. 

We have your best interests at heart and will do everything we can to get you where you want to be. It doesn’t matter whether that level is; what matters most is that the player strives to reach their goal of playing at a specific level and/or program. We want our players to be seriously committed and to want to be the best and play alongside and against a very high level of talent. We want our players to reach our high expectations and have the willingness to work towards the goals set by the program and that they in turn set for themselves. If you are looking a recreational league or for a pay to play environment then we are not the program for you.

Returning this year are our three teams with the addition of Grade 5/6 and introduction of the Grey Team to the program this year!

PRACTICE SCHEDULE IS ON THE WEBSITE!

- Grey Team (Grade 5/6) - Registration Fee: $30 
- White Team (Grade 7/8) - Registration Fee: $30
- Black Team (Grade 9/10) - Registration Fee: $50
- Green Team (Grade 11/12/PG) - Registration Fee: $50

Practices this fall will be on Wednesday's and Saturday's.

Primary Location: Deevy Pines Park

Alternate Locations: All Saints High School and Minto Sports Field

6:30pm-7:30pm: Grey/White Team (Separate Fields)
7:30pm-9pm: Black/Green Team (Separate Fields)

Saturday Morning
9am-11am: Grey/White Team (Separate Fields)
11am-1pm: Black/Green Team (Separate Fields)
