The Lady Griffins program has shown remarkable growth potential over the years prior to the COVID pandemic.  However, we are currently in desperate need to fill critical positions necessary to sustain and grow this program for 2022. 

Specifically, we are looking for: (1) a Girls Program Director, and (2) up to 4 individuals to sit on the Girls Program Development Committee.

Roles and Responsibilities for these roles can be found in the GLA Constitution as follows:

1.       The Girls Program Director is responsible for the design and delivery of the GLA Lady Griffins Girls Program (including both competitive and house league components).  The Girls Program Director shall be chairperson of the Girls Program Development Committee, to be constituted of the President and the Operational Directors as appropriate. The Girls Program Director shall be responsible, with the members of the Girls Program Development Committee for evaluating and preparing a proposal considering all aspects of the GLA Girls Program for the consideration and approval of the Management Committee. The Girls Program Director will have the added responsibility for the identification and recruiting of volunteers, to fill various roles (i.e. coaches, convenors, trainers, managers, etc.) as needed.
