As we close out the 2021 "season", we want to hear from you. Please lend your voice to create a culture of belonging and inclusion across the GLA by completing a short survey initiated by the GLA's Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness (IDEA) Committee. The IDEA Committee seeks to educate, advocate, promote and update GLA policies and practices regarding the respectful and inclusive treatment of all members within the GLA community.

The GLA recognizes that there is more work to be done in celebrating the uniqueness that each player brings to the game and in fostering a lacrosse community that respects differences and welcomes diverse players to the sport of lacrosse. So we are asking you, our members, to share with us your thoughts and experiences to help us forge our path forward in making the GLA a more inclusive and diverse association by completing this survey.  Players (14 yrs and older) and parents alike are invited to complete the survey.  The survey is anonymous, all answers are confidential.
